DESCRIPTION

• Ensure that all guests receive courteous, warm, and professional service during check-in and check-out. • Provide excellent, friendly, and professional guest service at all times, ensuring a memorable experience. • Handle guest complaints promptly and effectively, following up as necessary to ensure resolution. • Accurately enter guest data into the system to maintain up-to-date and correct information • Note any special requests from guests and communicate them to the relevant department for prompt action.

REQUIREMENTS

• Working experience of at least 1-2 years in a similar position.
• Very good knowledge of English language.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Positive, engaging personality with strong customer service skills
• Professional appearance & attitude

  • Language required: English. German is a plus
