HR & Office Manager (French Speaker)

Our team consist of IT, Marketing, eCommerce & other high calibre professionals with experience in different industries.


Due to the continuous growth of our Malta office, we now seek to hire an experienced HR & Office Manager to support our local team and operations.



  • To be fully involved in the onboarding and induction process of new hires in Malta
  • Acting as the first point of contact for all Malta employee queries and ensuring the office is well-kept and in good condition
  • Increasing efficiency of daily operations, policies, and procedures at our Malta office
  • Updating company policies and ensuring legal compliance and making sure the office is in line with local health and safety regulations
  • Determining ways to foster a proactive environment by identifying culture-related challenges to employees’ concern and well-being
  • Ensuring the efficient operation of the office logistics and facilities management
  • Organizing internal and external events


  • Fluency in both French and English, written and verbal
  • At least one (1) year of relevant experience
  • The role requires high level organizational and communication skills with the requirement to deal as advisory person with stakeholders at all levels across the business as well as external providers
  • Ability to work well both independently and within a remote team
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to remain positive, upbeat, and motivated at all times
