Our team consist of IT, Marketing, eCommerce & other high calibre professionals with experience in different industries.
Due to the continuous growth of our Malta office, we now seek to hire an experienced HR & Office Manager to support our local team and operations.
- To be fully involved in the onboarding and induction process of new hires in Malta
- Acting as the first point of contact for all Malta employee queries and ensuring the office is well-kept and in good condition
- Increasing efficiency of daily operations, policies, and procedures at our Malta office
- Updating company policies and ensuring legal compliance and making sure the office is in line with local health and safety regulations
- Determining ways to foster a proactive environment by identifying culture-related challenges to employees’ concern and well-being
- Ensuring the efficient operation of the office logistics and facilities management
- Organizing internal and external events
- Fluency in both French and English, written and verbal
- At least one (1) year of relevant experience
- The role requires high level organizational and communication skills with the requirement to deal as advisory person with stakeholders at all levels across the business as well as external providers
- Ability to work well both independently and within a remote team
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to remain positive, upbeat, and motivated at all times
