Hungarian Customer Support

On behalf of our partner, Wedosupport Ltd, we are now looking for hungarian speaking Customer Support Agents;

Main responsibilities:

✔️ Providing support in Hungarian by email and Live chats;

✔️ Processing with great attention to details and content;

✔️ Identifying clients' needs and proactively proposing solutions;

✔️ Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction;

✔️ Working closely with our team to improve and establish the necessary processes.

✔️ Proficiency in English and Hungarian, both written and spoken;

✔️ Proactive person with good support/sales skills;

✔️ Strong communication and negotiation skills;

✔️ Attention to detail;

✔️ Previous experience as a support agent will be considered an advantage.
