- Provide unparalleled assistance to German-speaking gamers through phone, email, and chat channels (addressing gaming inquiries, technical glitches, connectivity issues, gameplay concerns)
- Resolve player feedback, concerns, and questions
- Maintain and manage player information

REQUIREMENTS
✅ Your Profile
- Fluent in German and fluent in English (B2-B1)
- Enthusiastic about teamwork and driven by results
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
