❤️ Your responsibilities

  • Provide unparalleled assistance to German-speaking gamers through phone, email, and chat channels (addressing gaming inquiries, technical glitches, connectivity issues, gameplay concerns)
  • Resolve player feedback, concerns, and questions
  • Maintain and manage player information

Start date January 2024!

REQUIREMENTS

 ✅ Your Profile

  • Fluent in German and fluent in English (B2-B1)
  • Enthusiastic about teamwork and driven by results
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
