Internal Recruitment Specialist

DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment plans.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract qualified candidates, with a focus on leveraging Swedish and Polish speaking talent pools.
  • Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments, and extending offers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives, including creating compelling job postings and representing the company at recruitment events and job fairs.
REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Swedish and/or Polish and English is required, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in internal or external recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and attracting volume recruitments.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including candidate assessment techniques and interview methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and a passion for helping others succeed.
