DESCRIPTION
  • You will provide Break & Fix or Hands & Eyes support in software, peripherals, hardware or network area
  • You will install software, drivers, programs and BIOS onsite
  • You will exchange, deliver and install devices
  • You will repair or replace any physical PC component
  • You will assemble, install and ensure connectivity and operability of equipment
  • You will de-install equipment at a Customer Location
  • You will add components to modular devices (for example adding a line card, memory or power supply)
  • You will update the CMDB (customer database) entries by providing the data on handed out devices
  • You will maintain an inventory of available stock



REQUIREMENTS
  • You are tech savvy/IT enthusiast and want to excel in IT support (knowledge of operational systems - Windows, Linux, IOS, peripherals, electronic devices)
  • English or German are a piece of cake for you or you wanna improve them
  • You are a pro while communicating with customers
  • Driving license cat.B
  • 1-4 years of experience on a similar position
