IT Support Specialist

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure. Your primary responsibilities will include providing technical support to employees, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and maintaining our systems and network.

Main Tasks:

• Provide first-level technical support to employees, including diagnosing and resolving software and hardware issues
• Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware systems, including servers, desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
• Manage and monitor our network, including performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting connectivity issues
• Ensure the security and integrity of our data and systems by implementing and enforcing best practices for cybersecurity and data protection

• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and work independently
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues
