As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure. Your primary responsibilities will include providing technical support to employees, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and maintaining our systems and network.
- Provide first-level technical support to employees, including diagnosing and resolving software and hardware issues
- Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware systems, including servers, desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
- Manage and monitor our network, including performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting connectivity issues
- Ensure the security and integrity of our data and systems by implementing and enforcing best practices for cybersecurity and data protection
