DESCRIPTION
Are you passionate about social media, detail-oriented, and ready for an international experience in Portugal?
We are looking for Italian-speaking Content Moderators to join a well-known international project in Porto. In this role, you will help keep one of the world’s largest social media platforms safe by reviewing and classifying online content according to clear guidelines.
This is an on-site back-office role where you will work in an international environment, receive full training, and develop valuable experience within content moderation, quality control, and online safety.
REQUIREMENTS
- Reviewing and moderating online content according to internal guidelines
- Identifying content that may violate platform policies
- Tagging and classifying content accurately
- Ensuring that reviewed content meets quality and safety standards
- Handling sensitive content in a professional and objective way
- Following clear processes and legal/compliance requirements
- Collaborating with colleagues to improve processes and quality
- Creating reports and supporting content analysis when needed
The role is based 100% on-site in Porto, with rotating shifts Monday to Sunday.
OFFER
- €1,000/month base salary, paid in 14 salaries
- €160/month meal allowance
- Night shift bonus: +25%
