DESCRIPTION
Coordinate and support the end-to-end payroll cycle for the Italian market, ensuring accurate, compliant and timely payroll processing. Act as the main point of contact between HR, Finance and external payroll providers, while supervising and developing the Payroll team. 
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in Payroll for the Italian market (mid-level to senior profile);
Solid knowledge of Italian labour, fiscal and social security regulations;
Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken);
Previous experience in team leadership or functional coordination;
Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills;
Experience with Payroll/HRIS systems (SAP HR, ADP or similar).
OFFER
Full-time permanent position (08h00-17h00);
Hybrid working model: 2 days in the office and 3 days home-office;
Direct contract with the client;
Attractive base salary + Meal Allowance (€9.60/day);
