Italian Customer Care Agent - up to 1800 € monthly

The #1 outsourcing company providing customer support services is looking for Italian speakers to join one of their prestigious projects in Greece!

We do not require experience - all the training will be provided by certified mentors who will teach you the best customer support techniques from scratch.

We are hiring talents to join our team supporting clients, with responsibilities such as:

• Communicating through chat & phone with subscribers
• Answering how-to questions about payments, invoices and other services
• Troubleshooting technical issues using your problem-solving skills
• Assisting customers with product functionalities

What is the company looking for?

– You have a mother tongue level in Italian + a good English level (at least B1).

– You already have experience in customer service or technical support.

– You like troubleshooting and you are interested in new technologies.

– You strive for excellence and professionalism.

– You have excellent communication and listening skills.

– You are a real team player and willing to work with many other nationalities.

What’s in it for you?

– Contract type: initial contract of 3 months with possibility of extension

– Base salary: 1050 or 1100 euro gross (brutto)

– Performance bonus: up to 10%

– Working hours: 40h/week rotating between Monday to Sunday

• Shift bonus: each hour of your work on Sunday is valued 75% more!

– Training: 3 weeks (fully paid, i.e. counts as a part of your salary)
