
DESCRIPTION
Main Duties:
• Provide information on the "Know Your Client" procedure and required documentation.
• Assist in collecting and managing client documentation as per company policy.
• Translate client queries and requests for the company.
• Coordinate with AML/Compliance departments for client onboarding and due diligence.
• Collaborate with brokerage and back-office departments for client support.
• Promptly respond to customer inquiries and follow up on interactions.
• Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints.
• Direct unresolved issues to appropriate resources.
REQUIREMENTS
Key Requirements:
• Fluent in Italian and English, both verbal and written.
• Strong communication and service orientation skills.
• Prior customer support experience is advantageous.
• CySEC certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Desire to learn and develop professionally.
