Italian Customer Support Advisor. Hybrid position.

In Majorel we are looking for a customer service representative to support one of our amazing new projects where you can thrive and grow your career!

As a customer support advisor, you will be in charge of understanding and identifying customer needs. Clarifying inquiries about service, delivery, payment and technical requirements via email, chat and phone.
What are we looking for in a candidate?

• Complete fluency in Italian and conversational English for training purposes, also the recruitment process would be in English.
• Good technical understanding.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
• Be an active user of social media platforms. This is not a must but a bonus point.
• Experience within customer service or contact centre environments will be valued

• Contracts of 39h/week (Full time) Monday to Sunday with at least 2 weekends of per month.
• Salary higher than average for similar positions + bonus for weekends and bank holidays.
• Initial training and continued personal coaching.
