DESCRIPTION
  • Providing Italian customers with excellent customer support
  • Contacting via phone, e-mail, and/or chat
  • Provide support and step-by step solutions for the Italian speaking customers
REQUIREMENTS
  • Native Italian
  • Good understanding of the English language
  • Willingness to relocate to Athens
  • Willingness to work in shifts and weekends
  • Having an empathetic approach towards the customers
