Role: Italian Customer Advisor
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
Salary: 920 Euro gross per month
Operational Hours: 09:00-19:15 Monday-Sunday, 40 hrs per week, 5 days of 8 hrs rotational
Relocation: 150 lev (75 euros) towards flight, 1 month (up to) hotel accommodation provided. Assistance to find long term rental.

The role
Our client is looking for a Italian Customer Advisor to join their support teams in Sofia, Bulgaria. Their teams in Bulgaria are expanding at an incredible speed. You will not just be a customer support advisor but a brand ambassador and work to the highest of standards, providing customers with excellent service. You will answer queries via phone, email and live chat where you listens to your customers need and troublehoot their issues.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
- Fluent in Italian and English
- IT literate
- Good audio listening and typing skills.
- Organised with attention to detail.
- Previous customer service or technical support experience is desired
