We are currently seeking Italian-speaking Customer & Client Support professionals who are eager to kickstart their careers in the dynamic capital city of Lisbon, Portugal. As the initial point of contact for customers, you will demonstrate outstanding communication skills and provide friendly, solution-oriented assistance.
About the Company:
Our partner company is a multinational technology and consulting services provider headquartered in the USA. The company offers various IT services, including IT consulting, application development, system integration, infrastructure services, business process outsourcing, and digital solutions.
Your Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat Identifying customer issues
- Performing troubleshooting to find solutions
- Documenting each action taken
- Categorizing cases and potential errors
- Assisting customers in using paid products
- Escalating complex issues according to established procedures

- Salary with everything combined between 1428-1606 € (based on experience in customer support)

Your Profile:
- Fluent Italian skills ( C2 / Native proficiency)
- B2 level of English
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) and interpersonal abilities
- Quick grasp and adaptability in learning new processes, concepts, and skills
- Outstanding organizational skills and time management
- Minimum of 12 months direct customer service experience preferred, preferably in B2C and/or B2B contact centers
