Who will I be Representing?
Netflix

What will I be doing?
Taking inbound enquries from Netflix customers both existing as well as new customers you will be heloing the Italian speaking viewers with setting up their netflix account including:

Changing bank details

Friends and Family sharing

Adding/removing parental controls

Instaling the app on their Phone or smart TV

What do I need to do this?

> EU passport or ID card - This is Mandatory!
> B2 to C1 level or above in Itaian
> Training is in English, so you'll also need to be highly competent in the English language (B2 minimum).
