What you will do in this role
- As a Sales Manager on our client’s team, you will:
- Build, motivate, and mentor a high-functioning inside sales team to lead and drive sales conversations
- Lead and coach team members through strong call coaching of their customer sales calls
- Lead the team to meet and exceed targets
- Document coaching outcomes and agreed next actions
- Accurately assess risk and identify exceptional performance plans
- Drive operational excellence in key metrics such as response rates, conversions, pipeline, velocity, and accuracy
- Have meaningful career development discussions and ensure all employees have a development plan focused on building capability for current and future roles
- Assess team capabilities and build talent pipelines where needed
- Spend time learning your team’s strengths and actively build on them
- Design and set productivity and sales targets/quotas in line with market trends
REQUIREMENTS
You’re a great match if you:
- Are native or proficient in English plus one of the following: Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish
- Have 5+ years of sales or business development experience
- Have 3+ years of team management experience
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication
- Demonstrate superior leadership skills — enabling high performers to shine and motivating underperformers to grow
- Thrive in a diverse team and dynamic environment
- Are driven by achievement and success
- Have 4+ years of experience using CRM tools such as Dynamics, Salesforce, or others
OFFER
