We are looking for an Italian-speaking Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our client’s exciting projects, with leading brands from tech, finance, travel, fashion, healthcare, and many more industries.

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
- Are native or proficient in both English and Italian
- Have sales background/experience is preferrable
- Have working knowledge of IT Platform, equipment, and applications: Windows/MS Office
- Have good disposition to work in a customer service environment
- Have customer care skills – ability to listen to and understand the customers’ needs
- Are highly empathetic, self-motivated and resistant to stress
- Very good communication, listening skills
- Can work on own initiative and on a team
- Great time management
