We are looking for an Italian-speaking Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our client’s exciting projects, with leading brands from tech, finance, travel, fashion, healthcare, and many more industries.

Requirements

• Are native or proficient in both English and Italian
• Have sales background/experience is preferrable
• Have working knowledge of IT Platform, equipment, and applications: Windows/MS Office
• Have good disposition to work in a customer service environment
• Have customer care skills – ability to listen to and understand the customers’ needs
• Are highly empathetic, self-motivated and resistant to stress
• Very good communication, listening skills
• Can work on own initiative and on a team
• Great time management
