Responsibilities:
As a Customer Technical Advisor & Inbound Sales Agent, you will be responsible for the tasks
below
- Τake incoming user requests (via telephone, email, chat...), log call details into case
- management systems, and provide response and resolution within SLA to customers
- Aim for the highest Customer Satisfaction Survey scores, actively updating customers with
- status and resolution progress reports. Their happiness is our happiness
- Delivery of high-caliber Customer Service on post-sales requests (delivery, warranties, refunds.
- Inbound sales support and product selling to increase revenue while ensuring the highest level
- of customer satisfaction.
- Achieve sales goals set up every quarter while providing an excellent customer experience.
- Logging and following up on orders or requests.
- Capturing all required data elements in CRM as required by clients, policies, and products.
REQUIREMENTS
- Have a high level of Italian (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2)
- Are passionate about entertainment and media enterprise
- Have excellent communication skills coupled with empathy, team spirit and customer-oriented
- Have familiarity with digital streaming services and devices

- We promote inter-company mobility to work at any of our sites around the world
- Base Salary: 900€ gross per month per 14 months
- Performance Bonuses: 100 euros gross per month - 12 payments per year.
- Transport allowance - 20 euros per month
- Meal allowance - 7.23 euros per working day
- Accommodation provided by the company for 280 euros per month (bills included). This option is available for candidates coming from abroad.
