Responsibilities:

As a Customer Technical Advisor & Inbound Sales Agent, you will be responsible for the tasks
below
  • Τake incoming user requests (via telephone, email, chat...), log call details into case
  • management systems, and provide response and resolution within SLA to customers
  • Aim for the highest Customer Satisfaction Survey scores, actively updating customers with
  • status and resolution progress reports. Their happiness is our happiness
  • Delivery of high-caliber Customer Service on post-sales requests (delivery, warranties, refunds.
  • Inbound sales support and product selling to increase revenue while ensuring the highest level
  • of customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve sales goals set up every quarter while providing an excellent customer experience.
  • Logging and following up on orders or requests.
  • Capturing all required data elements in CRM as required by clients, policies, and products.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Have a high level of Italian (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2)
  • Are passionate about entertainment and media enterprise
  • Have excellent communication skills coupled with empathy, team spirit and customer-oriented
  • Have familiarity with digital streaming services and devices

  • Base Salary: 900€ gross per month per 14 months
  • Performance Bonuses: 100 euros gross per month - 12 payments per year.
  • Transport allowance - 20 euros per month
  • Meal allowance - 7.23 euros per working day
  • Accommodation provided by the company for 280 euros per month (bills included). This option is available for candidates coming from abroad.
