We are looking for a Latvian‑speaking IT Support Specialist to join an international tech company in Athens. If you have a passion for problem‑solving, enjoy helping customers, and want to grow in a dynamic tech environment, this opportunity is for you.

???? Main Responsibilities
Effectively troubleshoot issues with urgency, aiming to resolve customer cases on the first contact
Handle incoming calls and emails regarding product features, mobile/web app issues, account questions, and general inquiries
Become a product expert — you will know the Fleet Complete solutions inside out
Represent the company in a positive, professional, and customer‑focused manner
Maintain and update internal databases with accurate case information
Build strong customer relationships to support retention and satisfaction
REQUIREMENTS
Already based in Greece
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or administration within a tech/software environment
Ability to identify issues through conversation and provide quick, effective solutions
Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical topics clearly
Experience building and maintaining customer relationships
Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities
Self‑motivated, independent, and reliable
Experience with Salesforce is considered an asset
OFFER
⏰ Working Conditions
40 hours/week
Schedule: 09:00–18:30 (8 hours/day)
22 days of annual leave
