DESCRIPTION

We are recruiting a Lead Generator with high level of Dutch to be part of an existing team, working for the leader in technological sector (computers, phones, MP3, tablets, entertainment).

 

Our client is an outsourcing centre which provides customer service, back office, technical support and sales solutions to multinational companies.

As a Lead Generator you would be working within the After Sales team. Your main task would be to handle calls from French customers, who have already bought some products on the online store and have questions or issues regarding logistics, delivery process, refunds and invoicing.

  • You will work on accounts (from the prioritized RAD quadrant) for MM/CEP to improve segmentation data in Microsoft Dynamics and SFDC (CEP A + MM accounts)
  • You will follow up on the events, online demand gen…. - to manage qualification of the leads and deliver good quality data to sales
  • You will support leads generation: Run local promotional offers – including stock cleaning promo, bundle offering, new products, etc.
  • You will profiling contact details for customers – MM/ CEP- improving the quality of data in the system
  • You will transform unqualified leads into qualified leads, and if not fully BANT qualified, at least profiled leads
  • You will cooperate with country marketing team members to support marketing lead generation post – activities
  • You will cooperate in telemarketing projects to create qualified opportunities for ISRs/telesales
  • You will to cooperate with the telesales/sales team for lead hand overs and follow up into opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS

You are the perfect candidate if:

  • You have a native or proficient level in Dutch plus fluent in English
  • You have sales process knowledge/background
  • You have passion for sales and technology
  • You have IT literacy skills
  • You have reliability and availability to work toward objectives and keep commitments
