DESCRIPTION

Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Agent in Lisbon - Accommodation provided


We are looking for a Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Agent to join our team in Lisbon. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.


You will help customers with a variety of issues, including order tracking, product questions, and technical support. You will also work closely with other members of the customer service team to ensure that our customers have a positive experience with this major mattress brand.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide technical support for our products and services
  • Assist with order tracking and product questions
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions


Requirements:

  • Fluent in Norwegian and English (both written and spoken)
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred, but not required


Benefits:

  • €1500 per month x14months
  • €100 per month in a performance related bonus
  • Relocation support to Lisbon including accommodation provided for €280 per month
