We are hiring Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Agents for a position in sunny Lisbon, Portugal!

What you’ll do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, becoming our client’s most valuable ambassador
- Use phone calls, emails, and chats to provide a seamless experience for new and existing customers
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding the client’s services and products in a professional and timely manner
- Resolve technical issues as they arise, providing guidance on product or service use
- Turn every customer into a satisfied customer!
- Share ideas and solutions with your colleagues

REQUIREMENTS
- Fluency in Norwegian
- Strong English skills – both written and verbal
- Work experience in a customer or technical support role is preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a problem-solving mindset
- Basic computer and technical skills
- A positive and adventurous attitude
- Enthusiasm for meeting customer needs and ready to tackle new challenges
