We are hiring Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Agents for a position in sunny Lisbon, Portugal!

What you’ll do:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, becoming our client’s most valuable ambassador
  • Use phone calls, emails, and chats to provide a seamless experience for new and existing customers
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding the client’s services and products in a professional and timely manner
  • Resolve technical issues as they arise, providing guidance on product or service use
  • Turn every customer into a satisfied customer!
  • Share ideas and solutions with your colleagues

REQUIREMENTS
  • Fluency in Norwegian
  • Strong English skills – both written and verbal
  • Work experience in a customer or technical support role is preferred
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a problem-solving mindset
  • Basic computer and technical skills
  • A positive and adventurous attitude
  • Enthusiasm for meeting customer needs and ready to tackle new challenges
