Norwegian-speaking customer support agent to Samsung customer service

Are you a positive and pleasant person who is enticed by being able to offer customers a world-class service? Then you are the right person for our team!

 

Tasks

Your duties will consist of answering incoming support inquiries about Samsung products. The support takes place primarily via phone calls, but also via chat and email. The products consist of mobiles, home appliances and AV/TV. You're going to work towards clear goals and coach your customers to the right solutions.

Customer service hours are from 07:00 to 21:00 every day of the week, and the working hours are divided into eight-hour shifts within this time frame.

The service begins with a paid basic training in both the products, as well as how to handle calls and use our system. Ongoing training and coaching will take place for further development, as well as to update you on our new products.

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements

 

  • Possesses good knowledge in both Norwegian and English speech and writing.
  • Basic computer skills

Valuable if you have

 

  • Previous experience of customer service or equivalent service provider
  • Masters Swedish or Finnish in speech and writing
  • Interest and sense of technique and technology
