Salary: €52,000- €56,000 + Inc shift allowance + performance bonus + Excellent benefits

Contract: Permanent Full Time (Mon-Fri primarily with evening shift/weekend once qtr.)

Our client is seeking to recruit a qualified Nurse to join their team in Dublin. You will join their medical team that supports their customers globally with their medical requirements, working with charity organisations internationally that need medical advice/assistance. Also, you will support the day-to-day customers with their medical queries and support customers that are travelling and get injured to travel back to their home countries.

This role is a diverse role that will utilise your nursing skills, administration skills, organisational skills and you will be multitasking daily. Key Responsibilities

• Managing of complex medical cases across the business.
• Supporting charities globally with medical assistance/advice
• Managing customers who become sick or get injured abroad and communicating with hospitals and medical staff locally and supporting them in returning to their home country.
• Cost reduction and ensuring medical bills are accurate and fraudulent from your medical expertise.
• Building a strong relationship with clients, customers and both internal and external parties.
• Keeping database up to date and strong administration skills.
• Providing exceptional customer service, developing client relationships.
• Working in line with team SLA`s.
• Responsible for high quality output of day-to-day activities in line with role
• Responsible for process evolvement for relevant functions.

Experience Required

• Nursing Qualification
• Previous clinical nursing experience
• Fluent in French
• Fluent English
• Administration Skills
• Strong Customer Service Skills
• Experience effectively dealing with high volumes and quick turnaround times.
