In your day-to-day:
- You will assist B2B clients and solve queries
- You will manage the maintenance of Master Data Management
- You will ensure that the data received from the customers is accurately and timely maintained
- You will manage channel requests to the appropriate person responsible for complex requests (sales, credit to cash, delivery, etc.)
REQUIREMENTS
You're the person we're looking for if:
- You have previous experience in Customer Service (Front Office/ Order Entry /Back Office) - preferred
- You have a native or C2 level of Dutch and at least a B1 level of English
- You have basic knowledge of SAP/ERP
- You're able to communicate efficiently by phone and email with clients
- You have at least a High School Diploma
- You're proactive, goal-oriented and focus to answer our clients' needs
