Order Entry Specialist with a Native Level of Dutch

In your day-to-day:

• You will assist B2B clients and solve queries 
• You will manage the maintenance of Master Data Management
• You will ensure that the data received from the customers is accurately and timely maintained
• You will manage channel requests to the appropriate person responsible for complex requests (sales, credit to cash, delivery, etc.)

You're the person we're looking for if:

• You have previous experience in Customer Service (Front Office/ Order Entry /Back Office) - preferred 
• You have a native or C2 level of Dutch and at least a B1 level of English
• You have basic knowledge of SAP/ERP
• You're able to communicate efficiently by phone and email with clients
• You have at least a High School Diploma
• You're proactive, goal-oriented and focus to answer our clients' needs
