Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (on-site)
Your responsibilities:
• Explore new payments solutions;
• Conducting various checks across the business;
• Payments Optimization – declines and rejects handling, order of PM, routing of traffic Monitor of KPIs (daily monitoring of app ratio, decline/reject reasons, chargeback ratio, payments alerts, etc.);
• Payment projects and integrations - escort the product in its whole lifecycle including working with Product, Development, QA and managing the analysis and optimization phases;
• Work with the processors on resolving reconciliation issues, and technical issues;
• Daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of PSPs and Banks;
REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for:
- Confident level of English – Spoken and Written;
- Good time and task management skills;
- Have knowledge about the Systemic vision;
- Having experience with payment providers, B2B/C2B account management, APM, and other payment methods knowledge is considered a plus;
- Report creation and basic knowledge of Excel, PPT, and Word, as presentation skills, and proactive analytical skills are a must.
- Possess background in Risk and Payments management is considered as advantage;
- Negotiating skills and the ability to create strong business relations with people from different nationalities
