
DESCRIPTION
- Assist in payroll and pension administrative tasks by cooperating with experienced payroll analysts;
- Monitor payroll tickets using the ticketing tool (Service Now);
- Assist in maintaining employee payroll files and archiving to ensure compliance with audit requirements;
- Assist in checking payroll input for data entry accuracy;
- Assist in gathering payroll data by generating reports from HR and Time and Absence systems (Workday and Protime);
- Perform data analysis by working on various reports in Excel;
- Assist in maintaining process documentation;
- Cooperation with internal and external Arrow stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS
- Student/Graduate a bachelor’s or master’s degree program;
- Very good command of MS Office, especially in MS Excel;
- German on min B1 level + English on B2 level (both spoken and written).
- Attention to detail and data analysis experience;
- A person who is innovative, process-oriented, open-minded, and willing to learn;
- Previous working experience is not a ‘must’ but will be a plus.
