Compensation Options
- Option 1: €1,050 gross/month + free accommodation (private room in shared apartment/house, including allowances in the Lisbon area)
- Option 2: €1,306 gross/month (if accommodation not required, includes allowances)
Job Activities
As part of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering competent, friendly, and efficient support via phone and email in both Polish and English.
Your duties will include: Resolving customer questions, concerns, and unique situations while providing comprehensive assistance related to our products and services.
Supporting all inquiries and issues connected to the frequent flyer program.
Managing and following up on customer cases, including proactive outreach to inform customers about the progress or resolution of their requests.
Accurately documenting all incoming and outgoing customer interactions in our systems.
Working hours
40 hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional hour for lunch) on a rotational shift pattern, Monday to Sunday, from07:00 to 24:00.
