DESCRIPTION
Do you want to work in a fast-paced, multicultural sales environment and grow your career in tech? Our client is looking for a Polish-speaking Account Executive to join their hybrid team in Madrid.

This permanent role offers competitive compensation with uncapped commission and a strong work-life balance, including Friday afternoons off.

Our client operates in the SaaS industry and provides an advanced search solution for e-commerce platforms. Their technology integrates as a plugin for thousands of webshop systems such as Shopify and WooCommerce.

With more than 10,000 customers globally, their solution helps online stores improve product discovery and significantly increase conversion rates. They are growing rapidly and offer a dynamic and international work environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing
  • Conduct market research to identify client needs and new opportunities
  • Develop tailored sales strategies to win new business
  • Prepare and present customized proposals and solutions
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms
  • Independently generate new business opportunities
  • Maintain a structured sales pipeline and deliver accurate forecasts

Your Profile

  • At least 6 months of proven sales experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Highly fluent in Polish, C2, and strong English skills, minimum B2
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Results-driven with a clear ambition to grow and succeed
  • Collaborative team player
  • Adaptable and eager to learn in a dynamic environment
