Do you want to work in a fast-paced, multicultural sales environment and grow your career in tech? Our client is looking for an Account Executive to join their  team in Madrid, Spain!

Our client operates in the SaaS space and has an advanced search solution for e-commerce stores, that can be added as a plugin for thousands of webshop platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce and similar. It is a highly advanced search solution serving more than 10.000 customers globally that makes it a lot easier for visitors to find the best products, and it increases conversion rates drastically.

What will you do?
  • Drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting, negotiation to closing 
  • Conduct market research to identify client needs and opportunities
  • Develop tailored sales strategies to win new business
  • Prepare and present customized proposals and solutions
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms
  • Independently generate new business opportunities
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline and deliver accurate forecasts
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate profile
  • Proven experience in B2B outbound sales for min. 8-12 months, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Highly fluent in Polish (C2) and English (B2)
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Results-driven with a hunger for success and growth
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset
  • Quick to adapt and eager to learn in a dynamic environment
  • Willing to work 100% from office from the start (hybrid options after onboarding)
  • EU-passport or Spanish residency
  • Locally based in Madrid or willing to relocate on their own
