Polish Speaking Customer Service - Gaming related
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
Salary: 2400 BGN per month + signing bonus + relocation package

What you'll do:
Assist players with technical or gameplay issues through tickets and chat
Deliver an exceptional, player-focused support experience
Spot and report trending bugs or recurring issues to internal teams
Work closely with a team of fellow gamers to ensure a friendly, player-to-player support environment
What we're looking for:
Fluency in Polish and strong English communication skills
Empathy toward players and the ability to understand their perspective
Familiarity with player support processes
Gaming experience—understanding gaming culture and mindset is a strong advantage
A genuine desire to help others and contribute to team success
