Polish Speaking Customer Service - Gaming related
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
Salary: 2400 BGN per month + signing bonus + relocation package

What you'll do:

  • Assist players with technical or gameplay issues through tickets and chat

  • Deliver an exceptional, player-focused support experience

  • Spot and report trending bugs or recurring issues to internal teams

  • Work closely with a team of fellow gamers to ensure a friendly, player-to-player support environment

What we're looking for:

  • Fluency in Polish and strong English communication skills

  • Empathy toward players and the ability to understand their perspective

  • Familiarity with player support processes

  • Gaming experience—understanding gaming culture and mindset is a strong advantage

  • A genuine desire to help others and contribute to team success
