Role: Polish speaking Gaming Content Reviewer

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria

Salary: 2700 Lev gross p/m (= approx 1350 euro gross p/m)

Operational Hours: 24/7 operation rotational, 40 hrs p/week (5 days of 8 hrs)

Relocation package: 1 month hotel on arrival, flight reimbursement up to 150 lev and 300 lev monthly accommodation allowance

Our client is an International is a technology company which provides IT services and multilingual customer service to global clients. Clients include corporations in technology, games, communications & media, eCommerce, fintech, travel & hospitality, healthcare, and automotive industries.

The role

Our client is looking for a  Polish speaking Gaming Content Reviewer to join their support teams in Sofia, Bulgaria. Their teams in Bulgaria are expanding at an incredible speed. You will not just be a brand ambassador and work to the highest of standards, providing customers with excellent service. In this role you will review uploaded content.

Requirements

• Fluent in Polish and English
• IT literate
• Willingness to learn
• Organised with attention to detail
• Previous customer service, content moderation or technical support experience is desired
