Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email in both Portuguese and English.
  • Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases when necessary.
  • Maintain clear, empathetic, and consistent communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Document all interactions accurately to support reporting and follow-up.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (C1 level in both).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow policies consistently.
  • Willingness to relocate to Thessaloniki and work on-site.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends (day and late shifts only, no nights).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
