Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email in both Portuguese and English.
- Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Maintain clear, empathetic, and consistent communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document all interactions accurately to support reporting and follow-up.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (C1 level in both).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow policies consistently.
- Willingness to relocate to Thessaloniki and work on-site.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends (day and late shifts only, no nights).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
