Our client is looking for Portuguese-speaking Support Specialists to join their growing work-from-home teams in Greece.
???? Important: This role can be performed only within Greece. A generous relocation package is provided to help you get settled.
???? Your role:
• Support Portuguese-speaking users via phone and/or chat
• Handle customer or technical support inquiries (depending on project)
• Assist with accounts, billing, and service-related questions
• Provide basic technical troubleshooting
• Guide users through websites and applications
• Deliver accurate solutions with a friendly, professional approach
REQUIREMENTS

✔️ Fluent Portuguese and English
✔️ Customer or technical support experience is a plus but not mandatory
✔️ Strong communication & customer-first mindset
✔️ Motivated, reliable, and eager to learn
✔️ Willing to relocate to Greece and work remotely from there
