DESCRIPTION

- Support Portuguese‑speaking advertisers and business users for a major digital marketing platform from our Lisbon office.
- Provide excellent Portuguese technical support via phone, chat and email, answering inquiries about account setup, campaign optimization and platform tools.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, analyze campaign performance and assist with pre‑sales and marketing solutions to maximize ROI.
- Document case information, follow all processes and ensure full resolution and customer satisfaction across all support channels.
- Collaborate closely with technicians and update tickets in English, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Represent the company professionally, creating positive experiences and contributing to the success of our clients’ digital campaigns.
REQUIREMENTS
- Native-level Portuguese (Brazilian) with strong English (B2 or higher).
- Degree in Marketing or Digital Marketing (or equivalent experience) and passion for digital advertising.
- Previous experience in customer or technical support, ideally related to digital marketing platforms.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, able to translate technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with technical aptitude.
- Proactive team player who can multitask and maintain confidentiality.
- EU passport or valid residence permit and willingness to relocate to Lisbon to work on-site.
