Responsibilities:

Identify the target audience for specific media campaigns and determine the most effective communication strategies.
Cultivate long-term relationships with international digital publishers and online advertising platforms.
Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal rates and suitable online media placements.
Monitor and optimize advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
Develop and manage online campaigns, conducting in-depth data analysis and continuous optimization.

REQUIREMENTS
