David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a German or French speaking Project Sales Coordinator for their offices in Lisbon.
Position: Project Sales Coordinator
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle PSF requests and manage continuously the DAF/PSF Tracker
- Collaborate closely with the PxMs to provide them with support them in their tasks on a daily basis
- Collect all relevant data to set up QBR decks and materials for ad hoc assessments such as partner sourced pipeline, bookings and revenue, partner attach rates, certifications & specialisations
- Develop and manage our partner industry solutions catalogue using case studies
- Act as a first point of contact and support for our non PDM managed partners who are engaged in opportunities & deals (including pricing and contracts)
- Provide high quality operational support to the partner team.
- Collaborate with PSMs to create reports/dashboards for specific verticals and maintain a certain level of accuracy wherever possible (e.g. with revenue, bookings and attach rates)
- Provide follow up support in developing reports on partner revenue, bookings certification levels as well as raising tickets when required to track and resolve missing items
- Provide guidance on internal policies to both internal and external partner working directly with sales teams
- Communicate partner funding updates & proceed with funding requests from partners
- Keep internal teams updated on partner specialisations in order to optimise partner selection
- Ensure partner participation in sales campaigns & prospecting days
- Create a bridge between internal and external teams to map accounts and conduct territory planning
- Maintain data up-to-date in Salesforce for partner attach opportunities
- Engage proactively in weekly/monthly internal partner team meetings to catch up on administration tasks as well as drive to discussions to resolutions where need might be
- Provide corporate event planning by booking rooms available in our partner campus and set up calendars, guest investigations and issue badges
- Increase engagement across functions by raising tickets (e.g. Catering, security, etc.) as well as be a focal point of contact for any queries
- Assist our partner director in setting-up bi-weekly teams meetings, sharing relevant updates & information as well as logistics for the organisation of team building events
- Collaborate closely with our partner marketing team developing efficient campaigns and making them more accessible to use for our partners.
REQUIREMENTS
- Native/Fluent in German or French, both oral and written. Fluency in English.
- Holder of a Bachelor’s degree with stolid academic background
- Previous experience in business-to-business sales (B2B), marketing and/or business development as well as channel sales is essential
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating teams and projects
- Outstanding communication and professional presentation skills
- Self-motivated and goal-driven personality with strong self-confidence as well as a competitive, resilient and proactive approach to work
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Full proficiency with Workspace using slide/sheets/docs, etc. features as well as with Salesforce (reporting & dashboards)
- A drive to learn new professional knowledge and further develop their skills
- Prior experience collaborating teams across different functions
- Strong ability to multitask and to handle ever changing priorities & deadlines
- Meticulous attention to detail
