DESCRIPTION
As a Quality Assurance/Trainer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the relevance, quality, and refining and enhancing AI-powered advertising systems. This position is focused on maintaining the excellence of content while supporting a team in pioneering innovation within an uncharted domain where existing benchmarks are absent. Your resourcefulness, analytical skills, and adaptability will be crucial in crafting effective solutions despite limited benchmarks.
Main Responsibilities:
- Thrive in an environment where established norms are yet to be defined, leading the charge in developing solutions for AI-driven advertising
- Conduct independent research initiatives to explore uncharted territories, gathering insights that drive innovation and strategic decisions
- Analyze diverse datasets to uncover valuable patterns and trends, contributing to the continuous improvement of AI algorithms
- Collaborate closely with research and development teams to execute experiments aimed at enhancing LLM solutions.
- Additional to work cross-functionally with teams including operations, implementation and Expert Raters, fostering an environment of collaborative problem-solving
- Provide detailed feedback on ad templates, contribute to the development of annotation guidelines, and document best practices for ongoing training
- Adapt, identify challenges and issues to evolving processes and contribute insights to enhance workflow efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure Expert Rater are delivering high-quality of work through maintaining consistent evaluations and reiterations.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
- Strong Analytical Skills: Proficiency in assessing ad templates to identify potential issues and deviations from established guidelines
- Exceptional Emotional Intelligence: Ability to navigate and resolve disagreements effectively, fostering collaborative solutions among global cross-functional teams.
- Communication Skills: Clear and concise communication, both written and verbal, to explain evaluations and propose innovative solutions
- Detail-Oriented Mindset: Keen attention to detail to identify nuances and ensure accurate template annotations, contributing to the precision of AI learning
- Resourcefulness: Ability to address challenges and issues within ad templates using creative and adaptive problem-solving approaches, even in the absence of established benchmarks.
- Familiarity with Annotation Guidelines: Understanding of annotation guidelines and best practices, ensuring consistent and accurate labeling of data.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in an evolving environment, readily adapting to changing processes and contributing valuable insights for process enhancement.
Knowledge:
- English B2 - Required
- Google Workspace- Advanced
- Familiarity with ethical considerations and challenges in AI, particularly in the context of advertising.
- Cultural awareness
- Familiarity with USA culture
- An academic background in any social science is a plus
- Google AI learning path - Desirable
- Machine learning - Desirable
Studies & Experience:
- 1 year of University studies
- 2–3 years of experience in either; statistics, Machine Learning, Marketing, Linguistics, Content Creation, Writing, Reporting, QA related roles or similar positions
- Understanding of data labeling, annotation, and evaluation methodologies.- Required
- Previous quality control experience
- Experience with SQL, HTML, would be desirable
