Workster is mandated by one of the biggest worldwide outsourcing customer service companies to hire Romanian-speaking Content Moderators for their Team in Porto, Portugal. You will support their client, a leading chinese internet technology company.
Your Role
- Moderating videos from a social media network
- Following company guidelines to reach a decision on the approval, review or denial of the content
- Acting quickly and decisively
- Representing the brand in a professional manner
- Being a Team player
REQUIREMENTS
Your Qualifications
- Romanian speaker (native level)
- Good English skills (B2 level)
- Based in Porto or willing to relocate
- Previous experience in Content Moderation or BPO is an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and resistance to stress
- Being comfortable with some task repetition
- Attention to detail
