Sales Agent with Portuguese - full remote Spain

Do you speak Portuguese? This is your chance!

Our client is a multinational insurance company and a European leader in home appliance insurance.

Your daily tasks will include:

-Making outbound calls to existing Portuguese-speaking clients with

active insurance policies.

-Offering renewals and additional insurance products.

-Providing clear information on legal warranties, product use, and conditions.

-Using the company's internal sales software to manage customer databases and records.

Work model:

-Remote from anywhere in Spain

-Hybrid in Madrid (company offices)

Working hours:

-Monday to Thursday: 11:00 - 20:00

-Friday: 10:00 - 19:00

What we're looking for:

-Native level of Portuguese.

-At least 1 year of experience in telesales, telemarketing or customer service with a sales focus (preferably outbound calls).

-Strong communication and persuasion skills.

-Results-driven, goal-oriented, with a dynamic and persistent personality.

-Empathy, collaboration, adaptability, and resilience under pressure.

-Permanent full-time contract directly with the company.

-Salary: €16,500 gross/year + €1,300 language bonus = €17,800 gross/year, plus a very attractive monthly commission scheme based on performance.
