What is your mission?
You will join the team as a Sales Consultant. The main mission is to generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting, establish initial contact and build relationships with prospects, educating our client's members while driving valuable experiences and working towards a revenue target. You will be responsible for supporting revenue, handling, acquisitions, and meeting quality standards to ensure the success of the program.
• Lead our client's customers through the complete sales process, leveraging multiple communication channels (e.g., virtual meetings, phone, email, online chat).
• Sales consultants are responsible for generating leads through outbound prospecting activities such as cold calling, emailing, and social selling.
• Sales consultants initiate the sales cycle by reaching out to prospects and establishing initial contact.
• A primary goal for Sales consultants is to schedule qualified appointments or demonstrations for the sales team.
• Ensure maximum customer satisfaction through the appropriate escalation of issues and precise, timely responses.
• Track all customer activities accurately and timely within the CRM.
• Meet or exceed all performance standards including a number of interactions, revenue, attribution, conversations, and quality metrics that will be measured monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Identify gaps in current processes or product offerings and implement or recommend improvements to increase the overall productivity and customer experience.
REQUIREMENTS
Who are we looking for?
• Preferable with 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Advanced/Proficiency in German + Intermediate/Advanced in English
• Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations
• Ability to multi-task and use information provided by customers to tailor responses and actions to meet specific needs
• Must be a strong communicator, with an emphasis on effective listening and empathizing with customers, plus good phone etiquette (pace, tone, voice quality, grammar and articulation)
• Comfortable working with computers and the ability to work with multiple systems and the ability to learn and adapt to new ones
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market
