
DESCRIPTION
What will you do:
- Proactively approach potential customers, building strong relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
- Present our range of products to potential customers, highlighting benefits and unique features to generate interest and thereby drive sales.
- Effectively manage your own customer base, follow up leads closely and negotiate deals to successfully convert them.
- Conduct thorough market research to keep abreast of market trends and competitor activity, identify new sales opportunities and provide strategic insights to the team.
- Provide excellent post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve any issues quickly and maintain long-term relationships that, in the future lead to repeat purchases.
- Work closely with the after-sales and product teams to ensure sales strategies are aligned.
- Working with CRM programs such as SAGE and Hubspot.
REQUIREMENTS
What do you need for this role?
- German as mother tongue
- High level of English both verbal and written
- Excellent communication skills
- Good understanding of B2B sales
- Driven to achieve set targets
- Customer and solution oriented
