You will be responsible for managing complex queries, providing leadership support within the team, and offering solutions that enhance customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction at every touchpoint in their journey.
- Manage escalated queries and ensure that issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
- Act as a mentor for junior team members, offering guidance and support to ensure that the team meets business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and address complex issues.
- Communicate effectively with customers, internal teams, and management, acting as a key point of contact for high-level escalations.
- Take ownership of resolving issues at the first point of contact or ensure proper escalation channels are followed.
- Contribute to continuous process improvements by identifying areas of enhancement in service delivery.
- Provide administrative and reporting support to the team, ensuring accurate documentation and performance metrics are met.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the team leader or management.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in customer service, with at proven experience in a senior or advanced role, ideally in a call center or B2B environment.
- Expertise in handling complex customer inquiries and managing escalations effectively.
- Strong leadership qualities, with experience mentoring and coaching junior team members.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
- Fluent in both Dutch and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work well under pressure while ensuring quality service delivery.
