Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy & Campaign Management:
•Develop and implement comprehensive digital Growth strategies across channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising).
•Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue growth.
•Oversee content strategy, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.
2. Team Leadership:
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Revenue, Marketing) to align digital efforts with overall business goals.
3. Performance Analysis & Optimization:
•Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and CRM systems.
•Create detailed reports and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
•Monitor KPIs such as website traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement metrics.
4. Website Content Management:
•Oversee web content & creation
•Ensure high-quality, engaging content that reflects the brand’s values and tone.
•Support social media presence, and work closely with agency to support including paid campaigns, to increase traffic.
5. SEO/SEM & Paid Advertising:
•Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
•Monitor paid search and social media ad campaigns, optimizing for performance and budget efficiency.
•Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
6. Collaboration & Innovation:
•Identify and implement innovative digital tools and solutions.
