Who are we?
Service Operations & Technology (SO&T) is part of Volvo Trucks Technology & Industrial (TTI) Division. We have 5300 employees on more than 60 locations world-wide. Our job is to design, manage and optimize the Service Market supply chain for all Volvo Group brands. This includes making sure that spare parts are distributed from supplier through our warehouse to the dealers, ensuring availability of parts everywhere in the world. We make sure all logistics services are delivered with world class operational excellence.

What will you do?
As a Service Center Coordinator within Service Operations & Technology you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large.
  • Control and manage the process of urgent orders
  • Discuss, control and manage special orders and requirements
  • Cooperate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Give advice on logistical and commercial solutions or alternatives
  • Improve processes and ways of working which are beneficial for both our department and customers
REQUIREMENTS

  • Knowledge of Office 365 tools, Sharepoint creation & maintenance & PowerBI is considered a valuable asset!
