Do you excel at customer service and have a passion for green mobility? We’re looking for remote Customer Service Representatives to support customers of our newest Client in the EV industry. As part of our dynamic team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction in an innovative sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support customers in the electric vehicle industry with inquiries and issues.
  • Handle inbound calls and emails professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide information, resolve issues, and address customer concerns.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver top-quality service.
  • Work rotating shifts within the operating hours (Monday-Sunday 8 am - 7 pm).
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
  • Proficient French, and strong English skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including evenings, nights and weekends.
  • Must be eligible to work as a self-employed individual.
