Your mission

Be the person customers can count on when they need help.

As a Service Consultant, you will communicate with customers primarily through chat and email, providing fast, friendly and accurate support. You will help users with basic product or technical questions, document interactions carefully, and work together with other teams whenever an issue requires additional expertise.

Your goal? Make every interaction clear, helpful and reassuring.

What you bring

Fluent Slovak and strong English communication skills.

Excellent written communication and attention to detail.

A proactive, solution-focused approach to customer inquiries.

Comfortable working with technology and learning new systems quickly.

Ability to take initiative while also being a strong team player.

Previous experience in customer support, technical support, or a similar role is an advantage, but not essential.

Your schedule

10:00–18:00 | Monday–Sunday

You will work a 5-day workweek with 2 days off, according to a rotating schedule.

The role is full-time and daytime, giving you a structured working routine while still providing flexibility through scheduled days off.
