DESCRIPTION
A big Computer / mobile phone brand is seeking for Technical Support Agents to care for their clients with technical issues.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Ability to show empathy and handle difficult customers
- Multi-tasking skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations on calls.
- Confident, adaptable & Empathetic
- Positive & Flexible attitude
- Good stamina in dealing with frustrated customers
- Organized & Methodological thinker
- Native Language needed
- Minimum Language Skills C1
- Attendance and punctuality
- Commitment to quality,
- Display of a strong customer focus and promotion of a commitment to excellence
- Ability and will to absorb knowledge Experience in Technical Support is preferred
- Self – Sufficient & confident in troubleshooting basic technical issues related to Connectivity, Systems & Devices
- Ability to follow technical troubleshooting steps
- Client’s products users Preferred
