DESCRIPTION

A big Computer / mobile phone brand is seeking for Technical Support Agents to care for their clients with technical issues.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus.
  • Ability to show empathy and handle difficult customers
  • Multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situations on calls.
  • Confident, adaptable & Empathetic
  • Positive & Flexible attitude
  • Good stamina in dealing with frustrated customers
  • Organized & Methodological thinker
  • Native Language needed
  • Minimum Language Skills C1
  • Attendance and punctuality
  • Commitment to quality,
  • Display of a strong customer focus and promotion of a commitment to excellence
  • Ability and will to absorb knowledge Experience in Technical Support is preferred
  • Self – Sufficient & confident in troubleshooting basic technical issues related to Connectivity, Systems & Devices
  • Ability to follow technical troubleshooting steps
  • Client’s products users Preferred
