DESCRIPTION
Location: Barcelona, Spain
Role: Slovenian speaking Travel Advisor
Salary: 21.262 EUR gross/year
Schedule: Full Time 38,5h/week (Monday to Sunday). Available shift: 09:00 - 20:00h
Relocation package: accommodation for 1-2 weeks plus flight
As an essential part of an international customer service team for a prestigious travel company, you will be responsible for understanding and identifying customer needs. Your role will involve listening, responding, and mediating between our global travellers and accommodation suppliers from around the world, consistently ensuring a high level of customer service. You will clarify inquiries about services, payments, and technical requirements, provide accurate information, and follow established processes through both email and phone communication.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent Slovenian
- Good command of English
- Previous customer facing experience (B2B or B2C) desired
- Prior experience in multi-channel customer support desired
- Excellent listening and communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail
