Social Media Content Reviewer - German

We are looking for German fluent candidates in Porto, to become part of a joyful team of content reviewers!

Responsabilities:

• You will analyze and filter content in German; it can be videos, photos, GIFs, texts - any type of content in German submitted by users to the social media platform
• You will ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (‘KPIs’)
• You will maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services
• You will protect the data of the customer and make sure that the compliance process is followed

• German fluent candidates living in the city of Porto (German level native/C1 minimum)
• Good English skills
• Availability to work on-site in the city center of Porto (not possible to work remotely)
• Availability to be flexible with working hours, and be able to grab a working shift 24/7 (including weekends and night shifts - you will always have 2 days off during a 7-day span)
• Great attention to detail and work ethics
• Good communication skills and attention to the guidelines
• Team player spirit
